The following items will need to be turned in to complete the enrollment:

• Two Proofs of Address
• Alabama Immunization Record
• Birth Certificate is optional. (If not provided, another form of documentation must be provided to verify the child’s age.)
• Social Security Card is optional. 
• Custody Papers, if applicable.

*For those registering for Pre-K and Kindergarten, please bring the enrollment documents and your child to SCS Central Office for a brief screening.
